Balance Psychology Clinic Inc. is a multi-disciplinary mental health practice offering counselling, specialized assessments, dietetics, corporate trainings and workshops, group therapy, and more. We are a culturally sensitive clinic and a 2SLGBTQIA+ safe space, located in an accessible and sensory friendly environment. All staff are trauma-informed to ensure the safest environment for all individuals.

Located near the beautiful Wilmot Park on Fredericton’s south side, our clinicians combine a variety of best practice approaches, offering in-person and virtual options for most services, to align with the goals and values of the diverse clients and communities we serve. We have more than 25 years of professional experience in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling.
After several years in private practice, Melissa Arseneau, licensed clinical psychologist and UNB clinical associate founded the clinic in 2016. It was re-branded as Balance Psychology Clinic in 2018 and has since grown to host 6 clinicians, one of whom is an indigenous knowledge carrier and mental health counsellor.
